Assessment
Book a 1-hour workshop assessment. We inspect, diagnose, and confirm the fault before any work begins.
Stripdown & Inspection
Full stripdown with inspection of all internal components — bearings, synchronisers, shafts, housings and seals.
Parts Supply
We source all required parts from our 12,000+ stock lines. Most gearbox parts are available same-day or next-day.
Rebuild & Test
Precision rebuild to OEM specifications. Gearbox is tested for smooth operation across all gears before fitment.
Fitment & Sign-off
Fitted and road-tested where possible. Full report provided. All work is quoted and approved before proceeding.

What gearbox brands do you repair?
We repair and rebuild ZF (16S, 12AS, 9S series), Eaton Fuller, Allison automatic, Volvo I-Shift, Scania Opticruise and MAN TipMatic gearboxes. We stock a wide range of parts for all these brands.
Do you supply gearbox parts as well as repair?
Yes — we carry 12,000+ parts lines including gearbox-specific components such as layshafts, synchroniser kits, bearings, seals, shift forks and actuators. Parts can be supplied separately or as part of a repair.
Is call-out gearbox repair available?
We primarily work from our Bellville workshop. For initial diagnosis we recommend booking a workshop assessment. For breakdowns, contact us on WhatsApp and we will advise on the fastest recovery and repair option.
