Workshop & Engineering
Our Work
From fully remanufactured components to precision 3D engineering scans — a look at the quality and capability we bring to every job.
Voith Retarder — Actros MP2 / MP3
Fully remanufactured Voith hydrodynamic retarders for Mercedes-Benz Actros MP2 and MP3. Every unit is stripped, inspected, rebuilt with new seals and bearings, re-painted and tested before leaving our workshop. Available for fitment or on an exchange basis.

Side profile — hydraulic valve block and output coupling

Front face — rotor/stator blade pack and centre bearing

Top-down — input spline shaft, ports, and new seals fitted

Rear profile — turbine housing and mounting feet

Fully assembled — ready for fitment or exchange
What We Do
Full strip, inspect, rebuild — seals, bearings, paint and test
Fitment Options
Direct fitment or exchange unit supplied
Brands Covered
Voith — Mercedes-Benz Actros MP2, MP3
3D Engineering Scans
We use precision 3D scanning technology to reverse-engineer components, develop test equipment and analyse parts geometry. This lets us develop solutions for components that are discontinued, unavailable, or prohibitively expensive from OEM channels.

Hydraulic valve body — oil gallery routing and solenoid ports

ECU connector face — pin cavity geometry for test harness development

Valve body mating face — gasket channel and mounting geometry

EBS valve body (K1927051) — solenoid coils and pressure regulators

Connector housing — pin cavity geometry and seal groove dimensions
Capability
High-resolution 3D scanning of complex hydraulic and electronic components
Applications
Reverse engineering, test fixture development, parts replication
Benefit
Solutions for discontinued or OEM-expensive components

More Coming Soon
We regularly work on gearboxes, compressors, ECUs, brake components, starters, alternators and more. More examples of our work will be added here as we build out this gallery.
