• Row-level security controls on all customer data
• No storage of payment card details (we do not process online payments)

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Logistics providers — courier/delivery partner details only, when delivering parts to your address
• Email service providers — to send booking confirmations and service notifications on our behalf
• Legal authorities — where required by law or court order

7. Retention Period

We retain customer records (booking history, contact details, vehicle information) for a period of 5 years from the date of last interaction, in accordance with South African commercial record-keeping requirements. After this period, records are securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion — see Section 9 below.

Our website uses only essential technical cookies required for the site to function (session management, security). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that collect personal information.
