Diagnostic Capabilities
Full ECU Scan
Read and clear fault codes across all available control units — engine, gearbox, ABS/EBS, body, HVAC and more.
Live Data Analysis
Monitor real-time sensor data, pressures, temperatures and actuator states while the vehicle runs.
Actuation Tests
Activate individual components via the diagnostic tool to isolate faults — solenoids, fans, injectors, valves.
ECU Programming
Parameter changes, variant coding, and re-flashing where available for supported platforms.
EBS / ABS Diagnostics
Full Knorr-Bremse and WABCO EBS system diagnosis including ABS, ATC, EBS and ECAS faults.
Aftertreatment Systems
AdBlue/SCR system diagnosis, DPF monitoring, EGR fault analysis and regeneration support.

ECU Testing & Repair
ECU Testing
We test ECUs off-vehicle and on-vehicle to isolate whether the fault is in the control unit itself or in the surrounding harness, sensors, or actuators. This avoids unnecessary replacement of expensive components.
ECU Supply & Repair
We supply new and remanufactured ECUs for many platforms. For some units, board-level repair is possible. We also stock sensors, solenoids, relays, harness connectors and related electronic components.

Which truck brands can you diagnose?
We can diagnose Mercedes-Benz (Actros, Axor, Atego, Arocs), MAN (TGA, TGX, TGS, TGL, TGM), Volvo (FH, FM, FMX, FL), Scania (R, S, P, G series), DAF (XF, CF, LF), Isuzu, and Toyota commercial vehicles. We use TEXA, Jaltest and OEM diagnostic tools.
How much does a diagnostic assessment cost?
Our initial 1-hour workshop assessment including diagnostic is R1,995.00. This covers a full scan of all available ECU systems, fault code reading and clearing, live data analysis, and a written report. Any further repairs or parts are quoted separately.
Do you supply replacement ECUs as well as repair them?
We can supply, test and in some cases repair ECUs for many heavy vehicle platforms. We also stock a range of electronic components including sensors, solenoids, relays and control modules. Contact us for availability on your specific unit.
